morning + shopped but found
nothing. No fine stores ere
In P.M. took large covered
launch at 4 guilders an
hour + went through the
various canals + rivers a
most rub [?] ride. English
S.S. Agent in town offered 2
small cabins on Adriatic
for Sept 17 but think we can
do better in London
Deposited £5 with Cook +
they wired London for 2
large upper deck cabins on
any large steamer sailing
soon but I am not bound
