Jep + I both drew $100, all we
asked for. I got 20.40 at the
Drusdner + he got 19.95
at the Deutsche
Mother + Jep walked in the Park
looking in shop windows
I also took long walk in the
Park in P.M.
Every body in Hotel talks of
nothing but how to get home
Holland Amer. steamers all
full with storage turned
into 2nd cabin for 7 weeks ahead
They are trying to get more
steamers. Present ones fearfully
overcrowded 4 + 8 people to
a cabin + I dread crossing
under these conditions while
we are so comfortable here
So we have made no attempt
to obtain passage
