These three panels from a 1926 article in Moving Picture World show instructions for exhibitors who want to mount a live show with a Song Car-Tune featuring Ko-Ko the Clown. 

Mixing past and present media to sell the emergent sound technology, the Fleischers' popular Song Car-Tunes could be integrated into live performances, simultaneously invoking nostalgia for those who grew up singing the hits of Tin Pan Alley and encouraging audiences to enjoy the new technology.
