She hopes to start an organic farm and talks about the different aspects of her childhood and adult life and how they have contributed to her dream. She discusses the community values and obstacles and opportunities for start-up farmers new to the field. With an optimism for the future, Katharina tells of obstacles facing small start up farmers today.
