12 No and Not

Negating a statement—saying ‘no’ or ‘it is not’—is one of the most important and fundamental things to know in a language. Therefore, SENĆOŦEN, like all languages, has several ways of expressing the important idea of negativity.

The negative words in SENĆOŦEN presented in this section are translated into English as ‘don’t,’ ‘isn’t,’ ‘can’t,’ and ‘won’t,’ as well as ‘no.’
