Interviewer asks about her popularity and how it affected Erica shop

Erica says she wanted to start a storefront cheaply and she started her first shop in the back of a Chinese restaurant in Eagan that was owned by her friend (who suggested she use part of the kitchen) so she bought an oven and worked at nights there, and she was there for 8 months until the restaurant sold and she was no longer allowed there, so she moved to the kitchen at Midtown Global Market. Then, she was confident enough to open a true storefront.
