I am 20 years old and graduated from St. Michael's High School in 2013. I have been interested in media and social communication since the age of 12. As a journalist student, I aspire to be an international correspondant because that is the branch of the carrer I like the most. I like writing, editing and broadcasting. I have decided to study communication because I strongly believe that our work can lead to a better society. In my opinion, journalists have a truly noble profession because they show information that would have been hidden if people like us never existed. My plan in this industry is to end with the idea of journalists as people who "manipulate" data or work for economic interests. That is far from what journalism means.
