Lover of Collard Greens

"I am, first of all I'm a lover of collard greens. I was raised on collard greens and since I've been here, I haven't quite tasted any that taste like the ones down South. So we went down there to try to get some, bring some back in the summer and it didn't work out. It was too hot but you can always go down there during the fall or even the winter months like it is now and you could get the best collards greens you've ever tasted. Now where I live here I have a garden and I've been trying to find Southern collard greens. I have found some from Georgia. It was very good, still not quite like the ones in Saint Louis but they were very good and you know if you season them right they'll taste good."
