A physical manifestation of the artist’s deep dive into the writings of Lewis Carroll, this sculptural art book invites the viewer to pull on tabs labeled “Pull Me” and “Lift Me,” which telescope out, leading one’s gaze down the proverbial rabbit hole. Constructed from pages from “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland,” the string-connected layers give a sense of fleeting instability—reminiscent of Wonderland itself. The effect draws the eye to a tumbling White Rabbit just out of reach, echoing Alice’s tumble into the unknown.
