However, for the runners’ photo, I decided against trusting Eyad’s statement that it was a New York sourced image and instead ran Internet searches with the words “runner” “Russia” “track” and various Olympic years. I poured over pages of race photos, and I finally found one visually similar that features Indian runner Milkha Singh. It is only after I found this image that I noticed one runner on the shirt has either slightly more hair, or what may be a turban. Although found through searching for images with the filter of “Russia”, the image is in fact from a 1960 Olympic race in Rome.
