Within the course of the quarter, we've read about the relationship between the digital humanities and ethnic studies, the complexity of the digital divide, and the ways marginalized populations have used new technologies to reimagine race. The purpose of this paper is to identify the Afro-Punk culture; beyond that—to challenge this social movement in the realms of New Media. Does Afro-punk challenge new media?
