Schrecka2fcfe32c1f76dc9d5ebe09475fa72e5633cc36dDr. Corwin was the chief surgeon for the Colorado Coal & Iron Company (CC&I) and later Colorado Fuel and Iron Company (CF&I). As chief surgeon of the CF&I Medical Department he oversaw the development of "Minnequa Hospital," constructed in 1902 which is now known as St. Mary-Corwin Hospital located in Pueblo, Colorado. In addition to the Medical Department he oversaw the CF&I Sociological Department.
