Conditional and Random Links in “Penetration”
With Rob Kendall’s Connection Muse, an authorial system for creating richly linked text on the Web, conditional links, random links, and multilinks of stand-alone hypertexts made their way into the Web and into the hands of aspiring hypertext poets. In his work, "Penetration," (2000) conditional and random links make every page a bit different each time we read it.
