The Challenges of Born-Digital Fiction: Editions, Translations, and Emulations: The Multimedia Accompaniment to the Print Edition

Media Assets in "Chapter 2: Migration & Translation"

This chapter focuses on the way in which preservation approaches, like migration, impact the human experience with a work of born-digital art and writing and shows techniques aimed at maintaining the integrity of the work under such circumstances. All examples are derived from born-digital preservation activities undertaken by teams led by Pisarski and Grigar in their respective labs.
