My Body is Like Water
It never stills.
I cry a river,
Yet this river never fills.
My bones are hard like the rocks on the water’s shores.
My mind is like liquid with no control.
My eyes float back and forth like they have their own mind.
My body is like water.
There is no control.
When I am sad there are waves that crash against my boat of feelings.
When I am happy there are rays of sun.
My body is like water. My mind is like a river.
My heart feels freezing cold.
