The Drafting Department has a crew of 18 Enrollees who do a majority of the drafting work for Region One of the Forest Service. The Sigh Shop maintains two shifts of 25 enrollees each and furnishes trail and road signs for all the forests of Region One. The Range Herbarium uses from seven to ten enrollees whose duties are to classify and bind in volumes all grasses and plant growths peculiar to certain parts of Region One.
For the leisure hours of their enrollees, Company 1962 offers a many subject educational program handled by teachers who are well qualified for such work, a reading room and library, complete with the latest papers, magazines and books, is available. The Sports-minded enrollees has a variety of sports to choose from including volley ball, basketball, softball, etc. In addition, the woods and streams surrounding the Camp are abundant with game and Fish.
With all that is offered, is it any wonder that the enrollees are reluctant to leave Company 1962 when their time is up?
