Facilities

In the corner of this image there can be seen a building in the background. While the specific use and intention of this building is not known, it is extremely reminiscent of the facilities present in the labor camps the braceros lived in. Whether it be a chow hall, housing or another building, it demonstrates the distribution of bracero life and hints at certain experiences lived behind closed doors and outside of view: poor housing, meals, wages, etc.
