Täglichsbeck, Thomas (1799-1867)

Thomas Täglichsbeck (b Ansbach, 31 Dec 1799; d Baden-Baden, 5 Oct 1867). Violinist, conductor and composer. From 1816 Täglichsbeck was based in Munich, serving first as a violinist and then conductor at the Isathore theatre, and then as a violinist in the Kapelle, before being appointed Kapellmeister to the Prince of Hohenzollern-Hechingen in 1827.
