We would like to thank our colleagues in our labs for their work to create the media assets for this book. From Grigar's Electronic Literature Lab, Joel Clapp designed the icons and created most of the videos. Holly Slocum took the lead from Clapp's icon design to develop the color palette and the book's aesthetic. Kathleen Zoller created animations and oversaw the production of the book and management of the assets developed for it.
