Here at Concordia, I am majoring in English writing and minoring in religion. College has been a wonderful place for me to grow my love of learning, and I'm a little sad that my graduation is creeping up in the spring of 2018. Outside of the classroom, I sing in choir, edit for my school's literary journal, and work for Concordia's Office of Communications and Marketing.
Why this class? Scandinavia has always fascinated me; many of my ancestors came to Minnesota from Norway and Sweden. This class is a way for me to connect my interest in my heritage and my love of history. Plus, nobody ever complains when professors let you watch movies in class!
