"Men and Women: Differences in How Men Eat and How Women Eat" - Rachel Johnson, Ph.D, M.P.H., R.D.

In the article "Men and Women: Differences in How Men Eat and How Women Eat," author Rachel Johnson, Ph.D, M.P.H., R.D., discusses the differences how men do indeed eat differently than men. She states, " No, it’s not just your imagination: men eat more meat than women do. And women consume more fruits and vegetables than the guys." This is exactly how food was consumed in the film between the male characters and the female characters. As noted in the film, Dr. Johnson substantiates the claims that poultry implies masculinity and fruits and berries. However, the fruits and berries being consumed by the women in the film were always perched proudly on top of a delicious looking pastry or cake!
