Future of farming: Lost art

I don't know what my grandchildren will do? I guess they will find non-farming work and may be will do farming in small ways.
They all go to foreign countries to work and don't even know how to plow field anymore (traditional way). I don't think they will come back to farming and our ways of doing things.
I don't see young people wanting to farm and they seem to not have energy to work out in the field under intense heat, rain, and physical labor.
