Ice cream is a very sweet, tasty treat.
Making ice-cream is something you can do with friends or family and use it as a learning experience!

You can learn to make ice-cream, and learn about different sources of milk available to us.
You can explore what type of milk source do you want to use.
Here are a few options, starting with dairy milk.

Large dairy farms are normally the source of milk you get from the grocery store.
Let's start by saying, cows produce milk for the same reason humans do, to feed their young. However, on large dairy farms, calves are taken from there mothers at just one day old! Calves are fed ‘milk replacers’ so that their mother’s milk can be sold to humans! When by dairy milk look for these stamps…These labels are indicators that there is some type of fair treatment to cows, but you should just do some research on where your dairy milk comes from.
Dairy milk's benefits includes vitamins, calcium and potassium.

There is other types of milk if you do not prefer dairy milk.
