TDF - A Better Alternative Fuel than RDF/SRF

As we know, RDF/SRF mainly comes from municipal solid waste, industrial and commercial waste, light materials, fabrics, plastics, etc. However, in the field of alternative fuels, there is another material that is deeply loved by cement kilns, power plants, etc. because of its high calorific value properties like coal. This is TDF - an alternative fuel made from scrap tires.
The process of producing TDF is simple - shredding the scrap tires, and an optional process is wire separation: separating the wire from the rubber to obtain higher profits.
GEP ECOTECH's TDF production solution mainly includes a high-shear double-shaft shredder or a four-shaft shredder. In addition, GEP ECOTECH's tire recycling solution can also produce rubber particles and rubber powder, just by adding the corresponding equipment.
