If we refer back to the media link I used in my blog post they were teaching kids how to code. This was a program created in a community that was suffering from the digital divide. I think resources honestly would there is widespread illiteracy. In my school only like the top 60 of 1000 were actually pushed to do STEM because we were the top of our class. I think they should be more open to underprivileged areas.
