Discover LA

The Discover LA website is a great way for visitors to find out more information about Los Angeles and what it has to offer. It was created by the Los Angeles Tourism and Convention Board and is partnered up with many well known corporations. It advertises businesses and tourist sites. These places include restaurants, beaches, vacation spots, nightlife, and events for sports, award shows, and festivals. This website shows how much there is to do in Los Angeles and the diversity. It is an incredible and diverse city with a lot to offer. Los Angeles represents many different cultures, food, and events.

Discover LA not only shows what activities and places there are in Los Angeles, but also helps visitors with transportation. It shows the different methods of transportation, the different regions and what those regions has to offer, and even the history of Los Angeles. The different regions really shows how unique Los Angeles is. Within Los Angeles, there are beaches, the valley, and the famous West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. All of these locations are so close to each other, as shown by the map of the different regions.

Discover LA also provides assistance in finding hotels and places to stay. There are different categories of hotels including business, family, luxury, hip, and value. This shows that Los Angeles is for everyone; business, family/children, vacation, and education.

This website is also useful for those who don't speak English, which shows that Los Angeles is a diverse city and is open to all types of people.   

The goal of this website is to attract visitors from all over the world and assists them with places to stay, things to do, and ways to get around. It makes planning a lot easier. The diversity, activities, and places to go to attracts and interests people from a wide range of backgrounds.
