Rømmegrøt 
RecipeHeat up the milk and half and half, do not scorch, and set aside. Then in large heavy pan melt one cup of butter and add flour cook for about 5min, stir constantly. Pour in milk, cook, stirring frequently until mixture bubbles and thickens. Mix I sugar. Pour ¼ cup of melted butter on top then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. “Always serve warm”. Pass the Rømmegrøt bowl and butter cup, let everyone on the table serve themselves. A glass of milk or juice goes well with the grot. ENJOY.
