While Scalar content is loading normally now, saving is still slow, and Scalar's 'additional metadata' features have been disabled, which may interfere with features like timelines and maps that depend on metadata. This also means that saving a page or media item will remove its additional metadata. If this occurs, you can use the 'All versions' link at the bottom of the page to restore the earlier version. 1qt of milk
1cup of half & half
1cup of butter
¾ cups of flour
½ cup of sugar
¼ cup of butter
More sugar and cinnamon
Heat up the milk and half and half, do not scorch, and set aside. Then in large heavy pan melt one cup of butter and add flour cook for about 5min, stir constantly. Pour in milk, cook, stirring frequently until mixture bubbles and thickens. Mix I sugar. Pour ¼ cup of melted butter on top then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. “Always serve warm”. Pass the Rømmegrøt bowl and butter cup, let everyone on the table serve themselves. A glass of milk or juice goes well with the grot. ENJOY.
