Bio: Andrew Bartel



Andrew Bartel is an aspiring public historian working on a Masters in History with a Certificate in Public History at Bowling Green State University. He previously studied at Grove City College (2012), and interned at the Durham Museum in Omaha, where he digitized content, inventoried collections, and developed a temporary exhibit.

Andrew is interested in material culture, culinary history, and foodways, particularly during the Great Depression. A sample of his public history work on food can be found at Slugburgers and Water Pie.
