It is so important to stop and look around us, appreciating what may seem the most simple. Simplicity is everything because without our original, simple, daily functions we would be nowhere. The water carrier vase represents ancient Japan's simple rituals that made their lives significantly easier. Lenore did not just create a ceramic basket to sit around and look pretty; she wants us to appreciate simple tasks in an ever-moving word.
