Chapter 5.1-Free Medical Clinic of Greater Cleveland
The Free Medical Clinic of Greater Cleveland, or The Free Clinic, is a healthcare nonprofit founded in Cleveland, Ohio in 1970, when the building in University Circle that still houses the clinic today was built. This organization's goal is to provide world-class healthcare to patients and their families regardless of one's ability to pay. The Free Clinic also tries to reach out to the community and advocate for more accessible healthcare for communities. The facility is open every Monday-Friday along with two Saturday's a month. Services in The Free Clinic include:
