Cleveland's Nonprofit All-Stars

Chapter One: Arts and Education Nonprofits

Arts and educational nonprofits organizations focus on promoting and developing arts and education, taking on many forms, such as museums, theaters, orchestras, choruses, or tutoring groups. These endeavors are very important in society. Cultural education leads to increased ability, which ultimately leads to a more productive society. Arts are a way for a community to express and promote its culture. There are numerous arts and education nonprofits throughout the Cleveland area, but three stood out as all-stars: The Cleveland Kids’ Book Bank, The Museum of Contemporary Art, and The Cleveland Orchestra.
