     The Free Medical Clinic of Greater Cleveland, or The Free Clinic, is a healthcare nonprofit founded in Cleveland, Ohio in 1970, when the building in University Circle that still houses the clinic today was built. This organization's goal is to provide world-class healthcare to patients and their families regardless of one's ability to pay. The Free Clinic also tries to reach out to the community and advocate for more accessible healthcare for communities. The facility is open every Monday-Friday along with two Saturday's a month. Services in The Free Clinic include:      Becoming a patient at The Free Clinic is a simple process. To set up a registration appointment, one can call (216) 721-4010. Then, at the appointment, one has to provide a state ID, proof of income, a health insurance card, and proof of family size. All of this information is kept confidential in The Free Clinic's records.
