Cyborg
A cyborg is a cybernetic organism (Haraway). This means it is made of both biological and electronic parts. We are all cyborgs in a way. Most of our life is shared online through digital media, making it a huge aspect of who we are, creating our digital-selves.
However, Haraway defines a cyborg as the product of the patriarchal society, where the image of a woman is manufactured and constructed to the male desires. The following video helps us understand this concept better:

Is the world becoming more and more like “Stepford”? Are we putting women in a perfect little box in which they have to look a certain way or act a certain way? Will females be real-life cyborgs? This is all a reflection on how our social and technological world has been created to create a standpoint of the male-dominant perspective on women.
