Telegrams sent from the U.S. are asking for the reaction for African countries to the Soviet occupation. Telegrams sent from African countries primarily express varying degrees of disapproval of Soviet actions, while offering other opinions on the relations between imperial superpowers (such as the USSR) and the smaller states which fall under their spheres of influence.
