Also includes reports on the falling morale in Germany due to anticipation of a possible invasion; memos regarding reports from the Polish Embassy in Warsaw relating Polish support of the invasion of Czechoslovakia; telegrams describing reasons for Romanian support for the Czech position, as well as their fears of Soviet invasion; analysis of Yugoslav reaction; and a telegram between the U.S. Secretary of State and the Soviet Ambassador to the United States regarding possible reasons for the invasion.
