Serinakaker

Serinakaker (about 25 big cookies or 50 small cookies)

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla-flavored sugar

11.5 tablespoons butter

1 egg

1 oz chopped almonds

pearl sugar/hail sugar


Mix all the dry ingredients and knead in egg and margarine. Roll the dough into small balls and press down with fork. Swab with egg and add sugar and almonds on top. Put into oven until they are light yellow at 374 for 10-12 minutes
