Beginning of Winter Quarter: Conduct more user research, implement application, complete rough iteration of application.

Mid Winter Quarter: Receive user feedback and input on app, mid reflection on team dynamics mid reflection on app success and needed improvements, focus more on the development of the app as well.

End of Quarter: Debrief on the whole quarter and what went well and what needs to be polished.  More research on what feels necessary, team feedback, goals for Spring Quarter and delegates future tasks, must have a working prototype by the end of winter quarter..

Beginning of Spring Quarter: Start Focus on what needs to be done for Spring Quarter and fix any bugs in the application.

Mid Spring Quarter: Possible new additions to the application can be included.

End of Spring Quarter: Work on presentation and fix more bugs and celebrate!
