COVID-19 Pandemic Perspectives

"The virus does not transmit directly from a bat to a human"

I believe that this claim is interesting to verify because virologists have a duty to convey information about COVID-19 to the public and knowing its origin is important to prevent future outbreaks. According to "Medical News Today," after studies were conducted on the DNA of coronavirus, this claim is true since the origin of this virus was from a Pangolin as opposed to a bat.
