I focused my story of self on how youths should have a voice in the making of changes and policies, whether it be at school or the policies within the government. In this TedTalk, Henrietta Fore talks about the changes youths are capable of bringing. Youths are the future, and providing them their needs is a priority. Though allowing and creating such opportunity is a challenge, it will be worth the difference youth will make in the world.
Though Jeff Chang talked more about segregation and about cultures, the ideas that he talked about also correlates to the practices that are followed in the world today when we think about the age range that are in power. There's a discrimination when age is a topic.
