Disch's Amnesiaplain2023-05-27T13:14:17-07:00 In fall 2021 the Thomas M. Disch Estate reached out to Grigar about reconstructing the novelist's interactive game, Amnesia (1986, Electronic Arts). The result was Amnesia Restored, an edition produced for the Web and created by the fall graduates of the Creative Media & Digital Culture at Washington State University Vancouver. Like Holeton's Figurski at Findhorn on Acid, Amnesia Restored offers different reading modes. The interface featured in this image represents the gameplay in the Contemporary Mode. Also offered are three others: Apple II, the Commodore 64, and IBM.
