Researching African American Slavery
There are several excellent resources with links to online databases. Among the best is Yale's Slavery and Abolition Porthole, which includes descriptions and links to many sites outside of Yale University. Another is Brown University's Researching Slavery and the Slave Trade, which includes links and descriptions.
