Rhizome Experiment, Fall 2015

Self

Our team focuses on how the virtual and real worlds shape self through the social relations that exist within the real and the virtual. Individuals are able to discover themselves through experimentation and form significant connections with other users. We discuss how the real and virtual are both able to influence individuals, as well as how the real and virtual are intertwined to help individuals realize their self-purpose. These individuals may gather and form a group under similar interests. Social sites, therefore, are not only a means to display one's live in a profile or play in a simulation, but also works to amplify real world issues.
