Robert DiChiara's Biography
Robert DiChiara, author of A Sucker in Spades, also wrote the 1985 choose-your-own-adventure short story collection Hard Boiled from which A Sucker in Spades is adapted, detective novels Alibis and The Dick and the Devil, and the satirical Alas, Poor Yorick: The Tragic Farce of Hamlet's Fool. While an Associate Professor at Nassau Community College, DiChiara was also an avid collector of board games, owning "over nine hundred, from 1888 to the modern day.––Adapted from the "About the Author" page of DiChiara's Alas, Poor Yorick.
