Part 2 though there is no part 1, there is a recap of a mysterious part 1 right before the show starts.

In a parody of the “tell-tale heart”, Poe had the hand of Osiris hidden inder his floorboards.  The main character goes back in time to get the hand of Osiris from Poe and puts him into a head lock as soon as he gets there.  

Poe is voiced by Chris McCulloch with a slight southern accent.  Poe is drawn with a ginormous head that the characters comment on.  He’s a bit of a weak bumbling fool.
