Nick Steinhofer is a freshman at Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. He graduated from Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa High School in Belgrade, MN in May 2017. He is currently majoring in Exercise Science with intentions of becoming a Physical Therapist. Nick participates in Ultimate Frisbee, Track and Field, Echo Band, and Pep Band at Concordia.
Jonathan Steinwand is Professor of English at Concordia College where he serves as Co-director of the Environmental Studies program, Fulbright Program Advisor, Faculty Secretary of the Concordia chapter of the National Leadership Honors Society Omicron Delta Kappa, and faculty representative on the President's Sustainability Council. His most recent publication is “Teaching Environmental Justice Poetry in the Anthropocene” in The Journal of Commonwealth and Postcolonial Studies. This is the sixth SCALAR book he has participated on.
