I recorded a total of 21 interview with current and past workers of VMZ. Some participants requested that their interviews not be used after the fact, and so they are not included in the project. Other interviews I have chosen to exclude from publication because of the possible harm that could occur to those participants who currently work at VMZ. The political and work climates surrounding the plant were strained and tumultuous at the time I was doing this project in May-July 2015. 

To be fair to all participants, the interviews have been made anonymous by removing personally-identifying information, including: name, date of birth, and place of birth. The editing out of this information will appear as a "silence" in the audio versions. In the transcripts, it will appear in brackets, indicating the type of information removed. For example, [name of the interviewee], [date of birth]. 

For a select seven interviews, the audio versions are accompanied by Bulgarian-language transcripts and their English-language translations. Transcription and translation were done by me.

Записах общо 21 интервюта с текущи и минали работниците от ВМЗ-Сопот. Някои участници поискаха техните интервюта да не бъдат използвани след това, и затова те не са включени в проекта. Други интервюта аз реших да не публикувам заради възможните вреди които биха могли да възникнат за тези участници, които в момента работят в ВМЗ. Също така, политическият и работният климат около завода бяха напрегнати и бурни в момента на развитието на този проект в продължение на май-юли 2015 г.

С мисалта към справедливост към всички участници, интервютата са анонимни чрез премахването на лично идентифицираща информация, включително: име, дата на раждане, и място на раждане. Редактираната информация ще се забележи като "тишина" в аудио записите. В преписите, се появява в скоби, посочвайки вида на информацията която е била отстранена. Например: [име на интервюирания], [дата на раждане].

За седем интервюта, аудио записите са придружени от препис в български език и съответният английски превод. Преписа и превода са правени от мен.
