Jean Harper
Jean Harper is an associate professor of English at IU East and teaches English and creative writing courses. In 2007, Jean Harper received a springtime residency to Yaddo. The artists’ community is located in Saratoga Springs, New York and offers a sanctuary for creative and professional artists. Jean's documentary of the explosion of downtown Richmond, "1:47", was shown on the IU East campus and she was also a guest on the WIBC 93.1 FM "Afternoon Show" to discuss the 1968 Richmond explosion in relation to one that occurred in Indianapolis.
