Rob Tolley


Rob Tolley is a retired anthropology and sociology professor who worked at IUE for 35 years.  Rob was more than just a distinguished teacher, but was a philanthropist as well.  He did his best to instill the spirit of philanthropy within his students.  Rob and his wife Nancy have been active supporters of IU East even after his retirement.  Rob has helped fund scholarships, programs, and other various things around campus.  Some of the donations he has contributed to were $50,000 to help fund an archaeological methodology lab,  IU Professional Council Scholarship, and he and his wife gave $30,000 to establish the Anne Szopa Scholarship.
