It is 'egg'scellent to 'meat' you
As you read above my name is Megan and I am currently a senior at Hamline University pursuing an environmental studies degree. I am really passionate about food because it is the center of so many things and some people do not have access to healthy, culturally appropriate food for an affordable price. I myself am vegan so the pun introducing myself is a bit ironic. Food has shaped a large number of events in my life from baking sugar cookies with my grandma to my father teaching me how to cook french toast as a young child to now as a college student sharing my own food with friends.
